Conclusion
That is the set I wanted to put in one place: the deployed and complete BIPs, grouped so you can read related work together instead of hopping around by number.
I did not write these documents. The BIP authors did, and the bitcoin/bips editors keep the archive. If a specification is wrong, out of date, or missing a successor, the fix belongs upstream. This book is a reading copy, not a fork of the process.
Bitcoin keeps moving. New drafts will become complete, some complete documents will be buried under later rules, and wallets will keep inventing encodings on top of the same consensus. When that happens I will regroup the collection. Until then, I hope this order made the originals easier to sit with.
Thanks for reading. If this compilation helped you implement something, or just helped you see how the pieces fit, that is the whole point.
